This website (llaplates.co.uk) is operated by LLA Plates, part of Limitless Automotive ("LLA Plates", "we", "us", "our"). LLA Plates is a trading name of Jordan Lowe, operating as a sole trader. We manufacture and sell UK number plates, including standard printed plates, 3D gel plates, 4D plates (3mm and 5mm), 4D gel plates (3mm and 5mm), short plates, hex plates and show plates.

LLA Plates is a DVLA Registered Number Plate Supplier.

These terms apply to every order placed through llaplates.co.uk. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them. If you don't agree, please don't place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown when you order is the version that applies to your order.

Orders are placed by configuring your plate in our plate builder, adding it to your basket and completing checkout. You are responsible for:

• Entering the correct registration exactly as you want it to appear;
• Choosing the correct style (Standard Printed, 3D Gel, 4D 3mm, 4D Bevelled, 4D Gel);
• Choosing the correct size and shape (including short/hex options);
• Selecting Road Legal or Show Plate correctly for your intended use;
• Choosing Front, Rear or Pair.

Please double-check your configuration before paying. Because plates are made to your specification we can't refund for a change of mind or a mistake in the details you supplied (see section 12).

For Road Legal plates you confirm you are the registered keeper of the vehicle the plates relate to (or have the keeper's permission) and will provide the documentation we request after ordering. Show Plates are for off-road/display use only — see section 15.

Prices are shown on the product/builder page and at checkout in GBP. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken securely through Shopify's checkout and its integrated payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept it — we may decline or cancel an order (for example if the registration appears to be a protected combination, the details are unclear, stock is unavailable, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel we'll refund any payment taken.

Plates are made to order. For Road Legal plates, production starts once we've received and checked the required documentation (see section 14). Estimated production and delivery timeframes and prices are set at checkout and on our Delivery page. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If the courier attempts delivery and the parcel is returned because no one was available or the address was incorrect, redelivery costs may apply.

Number plates are personalised goods made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right of cancellation does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect due to our error (see section 10).

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@llaplates.co.uk or 07477 377540. If production has not yet started we will do our best to accommodate the change or cancel and refund. Once production has started we may be unable to cancel or amend.

We want you to be happy with your plates. If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or incorrect due to an error by us:

• Email contact@llaplates.co.uk within a reasonable time of receipt (ideally within 7 days for transit damage) with your order number and clear photos;
• We will investigate and, where the claim is valid, replace the item, repair it, or refund it in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration and configuration you enter. Plates produced to the details you supplied are not eligible for refund on the basis that the details were wrong. Please check your registration, character spacing, style, size and plate type carefully before paying.

After you order a Road Legal plate you will be contacted (typically via WhatsApp on 07477 377540, or by email/phone) to request the documentation we need to verify you are entitled to have the plates made. This will normally include proof of your identity and proof that you are the registered keeper of the vehicle. Production of Road Legal plates does not start until this documentation has been provided and checked. If we cannot verify entitlement we will offer you a refund or the option to convert the order to Show Plates where appropriate.

Show Plates are sold for off-road, display, garage or exhibition use only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure any plate fitted to a vehicle used on a public road complies with the applicable UK requirements (including DVLA specifications and the British Standard). Show Plates are not intended for on-road use.

You confirm that any registration, personal information or documentation you provide is accurate, is yours to provide (or you have permission to provide it), and does not infringe anyone else's rights. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

All content on this website — including text, logos ("LLA Plates", "Limitless Automotive"), imagery and product photography — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or use it to submit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts or refuse orders where the site is being misused.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that can't be limited under UK law (including your statutory rights as a consumer). Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms and any order placed under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
