Bubble Number Plates

The bubble shape

The acrylic is cut with curved sides and rounded ends so the plate looks inflated around the characters. It suits cars with a rounded front end or a bumper recess that a square plate never quite fills.

Because the shape is cut for you, the character layout is set out to suit the curve rather than simply centred on an oblong blank.

Road legal or show plate

Custom shapes and sizes can be road legal when manufactured to the required legal specification — it is the character font and style you choose, not the plate shape, that decides whether a plate is road legal or a show plate. Choose a road-legal character style for road use, or a show finish for display.

Road legal orders carry the British Standard and supplier markings and need your documents after checkout; show plates need no documents.
